Pass Drivers Ed is a company that provides driver education courses directly to students By your use of the Web Site or otherwise providing us with your personal information, you agree to the terms and conditions of this privacy policy and any updates we make.. Third Party Services

http://www.passdriversed.com uses a PCI-compliant third-party service called Stripe.com to process charges made to student accounts. At no point does credit card information come into contact with http://www.passdriversed.com servers, nor is stored with http://www.passdriversed.com. Stripe.com handles all aspects of the payment processing and storage on Pass Drivers Ed’s behalf, and only operates via encrypted communication using SSL/https. Stripe has been audited by a PCI- certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available. As outlined in our Terms of Use Agreement, Pass Drivers Ed collects payment information only from students and guardians.

We use third-party analytics services to help understand your usage of our services. For example, we may provide a limited amount of your information (such as sign-up date and some personal information like your email address) to Intercom, Inc. (“Intercom”) and utilize Intercom to collect data for analytics purposes when you visit our website or use our product. As a data processor acting on our behalf, Intercom analyzes your use of our website and/or product and tracks our relationship by way of cookies and similar technologies so that we can improve our service to you.
